If you had to rename your designation with a quirky name, what would it be? The Mentalist.

What are you most passionate about? Writing, movies and cricket.

What has been your biggest leasson learned in these 7 years? Persistence. I’m someone who doesn’t give up. I’m someone who balances and takes success and failure on same equation.

What role does vCommission’s company culture play in your identity and the work that you do?

What I believe is we should like whatever we do. You need to be connected with the work and role you are doing, automatically your bond with the company will happen. For me, vCommission’s role here is to give me the right opportunity, the right kind of a role wherein I can keep the passion always going up. That is also the reason to maintain a long term association.

So, I have been an introvert for most of my life. Coming from a conservative background, middle class family from down-south, attending Annual Meet, not just attending but represent the department on the stage - THAT IS NOT EASY, for someone like me. It was really crazy for me. But now when I see the growth and changes in myself and I see the huge difference in all these past years is immense. Now the presentations and crowd doesn’t bother me that much.

At Work

If you were the architech of vCommision’s new office, what would be the top 3 things you will take into consideration?

I would like to build a strong communication channel for all the memeber irrespective of teams and departments.
I would like to organize group discussion sessions to encourage developement between different team members.
I would like to see some outside office fun activities

If you had to delete 3 and keep 3 apps from your phone, which one would you keep and delete?

I will definitely delete all banking apps from my phone and I would like to keep Instagram, youtube and whatsapp.

What is the one thing that has made you smile recently?

When I play cricket, I feel very blissful inside. It’s kind of a passion for me. Though I am in a different field but Cricket always makes me smile.

Tell us about the craziest thing you have ever done.

There would be many, but if I need to tell one then it would be one time when I wanted to talk to someone I had a crush on so I prepared all the conversation in my head and talked exactly what I wanted to.
